Once your staff have been inducted through the WHS/OHS information, it’s important to ensure they are competent to carry out the task required for their role.
Part of your duty of care to your workers as the Person Conducting a Business or Undertaking (PCBU) is to provide appropriate training that will ensure they have been made aware of the hazards of operating these vehicles and highlight the safe operating procedures.
